These scales once belonged to one of the great Vampiric Dragons that reside upon Mt. Silvermoon's forbidden slopes. The scales are semi transparent and red in color. In fact, they seem almost like they're made of rubies, or some sort of ruby compound. There is a jeweler in Casaria, he could probably tell you more. The cloak is in perfect condition. This armor offers resistances against: edged, blunt It doesn't look to heavy.
