A very powerful informational spell, this enchantment will draw mists
from the ground to form shapes that foretell information about the
creatures that dwell in the area surrounding the target.
NOTE: Casting this on a PK player if you are not PK, will likely
cause you to be forced PK. So don't push your luck.
Syntax:
cast mystic vision
cast mystic vision at [target]
