Description
The bandits seem to be the sworn enemies of the muggers. So they're tunnelling underneath Wayhaven to attack them. Located in the plains, West of Wayhaven. Kill Simon (<1K) and find the way in.

Additional Information
One room is their armoury. Be sure to identify things BEFORE you pick them up as there is usually at least one cursed item in there. Sometimes some nice donates though. Sometimes a Ring of Kaotic Forces can be found if you search the locked area to the North. I think you have to be the first one there though, otherwise you just find a dented ring.
